And having done collaborations with superstars such as Dua Lipa, Drake and Cardi B, he may treat his London fans to a special guest or two.
Another confirmed act going on tour in 2026 is iconic American heavy metal band Metallica. The legends have been rocking out since the early ‘80s and they’re set to hit the road in Europe next summer.
They’ll be doing one night only in various places, including Glasgow and Cardiff next June. Plus, they also have ‘No Repeat’ weekends planned in Dublin in London, where they’ll be playing two entirely different sets with different opening acts across two nights.
After an emotional return to Glastonbury in 2025, Lewis Capaldi has announced that he’ll headline BST Hyde Park as part of a major UK & Ireland tour in summer 2026. It’s part of his comeback after a hiatus following 2023, prompted by health challenges.

Having last toured in 2024, there have been strong rumours that Take That will be back on the road next year, with a new album reportedly in the works. Their last record, This Life, which was released in 2023, came six years after their previous one but fans aren’t expected to wait as long this time around.
It’s now confirmed that Take That will take to major arenas including the London Stadium, the Etihad Stadium, Hampden Park and The Principality Stadium. The iconic group started back in the ‘90s alongside Robbie Williams and fans will be hoping for new music as well as the chance to hear hits including ‘Back For Good’ and ‘Relight My Fire’ in 2026.
The Weeknd is set to return to London for five nights at Wembley Stadium from Friday 14 to Wednesday 19th August 2026 as part of his extended After Hours Til Dawn Stadium Tour.
These will be his only UK shows as part of the 2026 European leg of the tour, supporting his acclaimed trilogy of albums: After Hours (2020), Dawn FM (2022), and Hurry Up Tomorrow (2025), and continue his run as the biggest R&B tour in history. The rapper Playboi Carti will join as support throughout the Europe and UK dates.
There are plenty more famous acts set to hit the road in 2026.
The O2 have an amazing selection of gigs, including Florence + The Machine, Richard Ashcroft, The Feeling have announced a tour to celebrate their 20th anniversary, the Prodigy tour the country after their amazing Glastonbury performance, whilst fellow bands Franz Ferdinand, Gipsy Kings and Scouting For Girls all have 2026 dates scheduled. Raye also continues her tour.
‘Tik Tok’ singer Kesha is set to perform in Glasgow, Manchester, London and Wolverhampton, while music fans will also have the chance to see the likes of Pitbull, Iron Maiden, James Arthur, Gorillaz, Billy Joel, Boyzlife and Yungblud in 2026.
