The survey, conducted by employee experience platform WorkL, measures key aspects of workplace culture \u2013 including reward and recognition, pride, communication, empowerment, wellbeing, and job satisfaction \u2013 and also recognises employers who lead the way in inclusion, diversity, and industry-specific excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>At Engage, we\u2019ve always believed that exceptional experiences start with a great team.
